Breaking Dawn & Re-arranging.

First things First…

here.
This was AMAZING.
If you haven’t seen it {and you’ve read the books} oh man are you in for it.
I literally {not an exaggeration or being over dramatic in the slightest} almost passed out. I had tunnel vision, saw spots, and was hyperventilating so badly that my friend was dying laughing at me.
And no, i’m not that dramatic of a person…i’m just attached to these characters (from reading their stories at thousand times) and felt so…unraveled.
And that is all i will say.
{If you have seen the movie…oh my gosh i want to talk about it & hear your reaction haha}
I must also add, that i am so beyond thrilled with the way they tied up the Twilight Saga within this movie…i think they did it justice! For the record, i’ve already seen it twice.
& lastly {can you tell i’m worked up about this movie?!}…Garrett was an un-expecting favorite for me. 🙂
here.
. . .
I figure i should post about something other than breaking dawn so i’ll share with you some re-arranging we did a few weeks ago.
My roommate, Maria, moved in a little over a year ago and has kept her room in the exact same way my brother had it (minus adding a different bed from my grandmother). The old bed was in the spot where the vacuum is sitting, i forgot to take a picture before we broke it down and took it out of the room.

. . .
Once we pushed all of the remaining furniture into the middle of the room, and took everything out of the room (you should have seen the hallway, den, living room) we wiped down EVERY surface. The walls, doors, base boards, and fan. For some reason this room collects the most dust out of the entire house, and it hasn’t been REALLY dusted (aka everything moved out) since Maria moved in.
Here are the after in progress shots now:

. . .
There are a lot of things left to do in Maria’s room:
-Paint walls & trim.
-Buy & hang curtains.
-Re-paint & replace knobs on the white small dresser (i guess that is what i will call it).
-Paint the back of the bookshelf (it is currently green, and has been since i was about 5 years old).
-Collect more art and create a gallery wall above her bed (we already have one picture on the wall, the rest will fan out to the right of that one).
-Find a mirror to hang above the lamp (in picture 2) similar to this one:

here.
. . .
So all in all i think it is looking mighty fine so far!
Just in case you were interested in where she got some of the stuff:
Maria’s comforter {Target}
Headboard {World Market}
Nightstand {Ikea} *can’t find link online, sorry!
White dresser {been in my family for years…aka no idea}
Book shelf {been in my family for years…aka no idea}
Senorita picture {Ross}
. . .
How was y’alls weekend?

    Twilight was awesome! I adored it. Even though it differed from the book, I was fine with it. For the first time I wasn't super mad the ending was different! I laughed, I cried, I thought I was gonna have an anxiety attack and I LOVED it. Oh and Garrett? YUM. He was my favorite, too!

    The after is awesome! 😀 Great job.
    I've seen BD twice already as well and LOVED it. I was literally sobbing during… that part and couldn't stop! I did not expect to act that way!

    I read all the books in the series but by the time I got to the end I was glad I was done haha. I watched I think the first two movies. I debate about watching the rest. Maybe someday when I'm bored and I've watched all the other movies that are out?? 🙂
