why is it tuesday?
i want it to still be saturday – or at least fast forward to saturday.
i joke (often) that we would be more productive with a 4 day work week and a 3 day weekend.
bleh.
friday: a nice evening swim, followed by a long (and needed) talk and wine with a girlfriend, then some jewelry making. (hoping to open up a shop by august)
saturday: got up early and headed downtown for a morning photoshoot with a family from church. they were incredible, and so easy to take pictures of – and i took over 600 and ended up editing 100 – yup, just too many good ones to choose from! went to lunch with my sweet friend dannie, then came home to do a few hours of editing while lounging in front of the tv. i then got sucked into the show bitten – my gosh me and shows lately.
sunday: beautiful service at church filled with kids showing off what they learned at VBS, ended up matching with three other friends (all by accident!), lunch with beverly, lauren & jared, then home to clean and relax.

since today is #transformationtuesday i thought i would share the pictures below.
picture on the left – 2012 super over weight (and incredibly unhealthy)
picture on the right – 2014 down 50lbs and still working towards more, healthier, stronger.
i’m learning that this journey in weight loss is hard – but so rewarding.
i love feeling healthier – stronger – more ABLE to do life.
see other my weekend photos here.
I love that color! I can see why you all picked it and matched. It's so funny when that happens.
such a pretty blue! and i agree we would be SO much more productive with a 3 day weekend every weekend!
Blue looks fantastic on you. Your weight loss journey continues to impress and inspire me!! Also for the record, I'd totally vote for 4 day
Work weeks 🙂

Beautiful photos! I'm so happy to hear the photoshoot went well. What did mama Jenna tell you?!?!?
That blue is so pretty on you!
I am SOOO jealous of your cloudy weather! It's so hot and humid here in So Cal! UGH!
Opening up a jewelry shop?? That's awesome! Can't wait to see what you're going to make!
Umm, what's this Bitten show? Never heard of it and I'm so intrigued!
GOOD JOB AND CONGRATS on the 50lb weight loss! It's a very hard journey to be on, but SO incredibly rewarding once you accomplish multiple goals. YOU GO GIRL!
I think you're 100% correct that we'd be more productive with a 4 day work day. I know I would!
My husband often launches into his argument that we would be much more productive in 4 days than in 5 days if we got 3-day weekends. He definitely has me convinced! Great work on the weight loss. It's tough work and I admire your dedication. Enjoy your next three week-days 🙂
you are awesome, friend! look how hard you've worked and how far you've come!
also, drew holcomb! 🙂
Your weekend sounds perfect!!! 🙂
I love the water pics…And the jewlery…And the house…And that you were matching with your friends! 🙂
Your hard work is so inspiring!!!
Oh…And shows…Don't even get me started! They are sooo easy to get HOOKED on.
Lookin good Amy! Congrats on the weightloss! Never an easy thing.
Okay, if you made that necklace, keep rocking it girl. You are doing so good! And I love the simplicity. If you ever do something elephant or arrow related, please let me know and I will buy. *Hint! Hint!* 🙂
Also, I want to be on that boat. Forever.
