let’s review april goals…
+ get serious with my arm and leg workouts. tone, tone, tone.
i definitely worked out more.
as far as toning? no, that didn’t really happen. i’ve seen some slight change, but for some reason i’ve been crazy bloated (i blame it on the antibiotics and steriods i was on for almost two weeks).
+ try two new recipes.woohoo! ok so this month i made these delicious cookie dough power balls (soooo good!), this broccoli and cranberry salad (but instead of mayo i used plan greek yogurt!) and it was fabulous!
+ be creative.
sadly, this didn’t happen the way i wanted it to.
+ make time with the Lord a priority.
i feel i was more proactive this month. i woke up earlier on some days, really delved into the Bible
+ clean office/library
welllllllll…i picked up for an afternoon, but it is still a hot mess.
+ be proactive with my anxiety.
this happened some. i met with my counselor and was able to have a few breakthrough moments.
i’ve been working on my breathing exercises as well as imagery work.
+ have fun!
this most definitely happened!
went to greenville (still need to post about), attended a garden party, got my hair did…all fun things!
i’ve got birthday parties, movies, hang outs, packing, and gallivanting around ireland & scotland!
i have a lot of loose ends to tie up, practice carry-on packing -__- , and get myself pumped!
i really want to be intentional with relationships and make time for those i have been accidentally neglecting. it’s never fun when you realize “life” gets in the way of some relationships.
blehk – being an adult and balancing time is a challenge some days!
+ try two new recipes.
+ pack all of my trip essentials in a piece of carry-on luggage.
+ keep being consistent in workouts.
+ be joyful.
+ practice with lightroom more.
