remember, remember, the 5th of november.
which just so happens to be tomorrow, you’re welcome for the reminder 😉
i feel that i say this every month, but i’m sitting here in disbelief.
how is it already november?
WHERE HAS 2015 GONE?
next year is my 10 year high school reunion – gulp – uhhhhh what?!
needless to say i look at the weeks and weekends ahead and they are packed with goodness, business, and lots of to-dos. i’m doing my best to stay underwhelmed and just look at this season as a challenge to accomplish as much as i can. and still find time for rest and joy.
i don’t want to forget the whole season of thanksgiving.
of being thankful – of being HOPEFUL.
i hope you won’t either.
reading… keep it shut & harry potter and the half blood prince.
wearing… this dress – all. the. time.
cooking… a lot more meatless meals lately (i still love meat) the other night i made a quesadilla packed with guac, hummus, black beans, stir friend zuchinni and onions, and feta cheese. it was delicious!
planning… i’m trying to plan a few weekend get’a’ways. i need them. my brain is just done in some areas and i need to be restored, renewed, and see some mountains.
smelling… this crackling firewood soy candle. – it’s delicious.
appreciating… the small things. the seriously small things. like the fact i can get up early and spend time with Jesus, that coffee is available when i need it, that i have the ability to walk from my car to my office – that i can move at all.
anticipating… all of the new things i have in store. i was just added on as a blogger for a local website that i’m super freaking pumped about. you can see my post here and feel free to leave some comments <3 <3 <3
