let’s look back at july’s monthly goals…
+ try 2 new recipes – MAKE IT HAPPEN!
oh yes y’all i actually did it this month! <3
i made these paleo detox cookies (so yummy!) as well as the prosciutto wrapped asparagus, i made a rendition of this shrimp zoodle recipe – but a lot more simple (zoodles, boiled shrimp with spices, and bruschetta sauce), i also made a rendition of this breakfast casserole recipe – just no hashbrowns (eggs, ground sausage, and chicken/apple sausage links, and spices)
+ book wedding venue (and hopefully photographer)we’ve reserved a venue and i am meeting with a photographer this week. we are still waiting on approval from the navy for eddie to get time off. worst case scenario he will fly down on a friday, we get married on a saturday, and he flies back on a sunday.
+ run 2 miles every morning at least 5 days during the week – and doing something in the afternoon/evening. (hopefully start using that yoga groupon i bought!).So…this one is frustrating. i ran 2 miles every morning for 2 weeks, and then i injured myself and have been resting the last week. the groupon had to be refunded because the yoga house closed. sooooo i’m still working on this one.
+ start going through my bedroom to get rid of things i no longer need. i have to start purging items for the future move.i’ve started doing this! i’m realizing i need to be a lot more cut-throat with my items, it’s a slow process but i’m sure it will start
+ finish out my photography website update.
i backed out of this one too.
i was working on switching to squarespace (i currently use wix and it’s pretty cheap).
i was looking at what it would require financially to make the commitment – and i just couldn’t justify it at the moment. maybe 2017
+ start the process of at least one wedding DIY
+ put some pictures on my etsy shop (yup, i’m going to sell some of my image!)
+ try 2 new recipes
+ more purging of household items! i really have to start minimizing.
+ start using my TRX again,
