I’ve been talking about wedding prep recently – and I thought I would share a little more about my diet.
One of the things I’ve learned with my schedule filling up is I don’t have much time for cooking.
My cooking lately consists of chopping veggies and roasting them and cooking eggs – nothing too fancy.
Enter outer aisle gourmet – a HEALTHY option for my much-missed pizza craving, each pizza crust is only 100 calories and is packed with 9 grams of protein, gluten free, and only 5 net carbs.
The longest part of this meal was waiting for the oven to heat up.
While that was going on i chopped up the veggies and prepared the pizza.
I only had to wait 10 minutes before i was able to get my lips on this delicious pizza.
I may or may not have eaten both pizza crusts – because I was starving.
And truth be told I didn’t feel guilty about it at all! <3
Directions
+ Preheat oven to 425
+ Prepare your cauliflower crust
// I slathered on some roasted red pepper hummus, thinly sliced a zucchini, and sprinkled on some favorite spices
+ cook on a pizza stone or wire rack in order to get that crispy fully-cooked taste and feel for about 10 minutes
p.s. outer aisle gourmet sent me the product fo’free – all pictures and opinions are my own.
i think this is a GREAT product if you’re in a rush and don’t have time to make your own cauliflower pizza crust.
