. . .
So needless to say it’s been an interesting few days already.
The guys are really busting it out though. I’m really surprised with how quickly they are getting things done; hard workers i tell you!
PRAISE:
We didn’t have to rip up all of the old sub-floor = saving money = less time = less dust!
There were definitely a few completely rotted out spots that they had to cut out and lay down new sub-floor. On top of that they have added another layer of subfloor and are laying the backer-board today for the tile! I AM SO EXCITED!!! I might even be scoping out TJ Maxx/Marshalls for a rug i saw a few months back…i’ll keep you posted. 🙂
. . .
I’ve been posting some pictures on my Instagram of what all is going on around the house; so if you follow me there some of these might be repetitive.
So there you have it, that’s what has been happening around the house lately.
🙂
I still plan on having Frankly Friday this week so make sure you have your posts ready to go!
See y’all then!
I bet it seems like a mess right now…but all the hard work is what makes it more special in my opinion. 🙂
Wow that looks intense. Glad the whole thing wasn't rotted!
wow, what an exciting adventure…although i'm sure it's not as enjoyable when you're living it! one day closer to it being done! 🙂
Wow! I bet you can't wait for it to be done! Just think about how much you will enjoy it when everything is finished 🙂
Oh goodness! I'm sure you'll be happy when your house is back to normal. 🙂
Ooh I can't wait to see the finished product!!
Man that would drive me crazy having the floor all ripped up. But if I was anticipating the end, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. So excited for you! Can't wait to see the end results!
Ahh! I hate remodeling, just because of the mess during the process. It always looks and feels worth it when it's over though! I know it's gonna look fantastic!
