while in north berwick i wanted to do something i was not able to do on my last trip, climb the law.
and what a climb it was – especially considering a local told us it was an ‘easy 15 minute hike’.
yeah. right.
it was a beautiful sight.
there was this HUGE sun dial and a whale bone replica structure.
on one side of the law you saw miles of farm land, and the other – the “downtown” area and the water.
we stayed up there for a while, enjoying the breeze and soaking in the beauty.
after checking our watches we saw it was close to 7pm and we new we needed to start heading back to the train station to get back in to Edinburgh.
this was a great way to end our last day in Scotland.
new adventures and new memories made.
