Honestly…
I’m a little checked-out this week.
Not on purpose, i think i just had such a busy weekend and this week is being spent getting things back in order and getting ready for my broseph to be home.

Plus…my un-read posts on bloglovin are at an all-time high:

Yup.
So today will be spent hopefully catching up on un-read blogs, commenting, and getting some things organized in my head so i can actually accomplish something other than something small when i get home. Since i’m already on a roll…

Training:
Last night i did some work out videos {by the same girl mentioned here} with Maria & Beverly and man were they killer. My arms, abs, and inner thighs were screaming at me last night. This morning though? I feel peachy! ha. I say that now, by tonight after training with Tina i’m going to want to curl in a room and cry…i just know it.
If i’m being honest…this past weekend with the wedding, ikea, and being out of town my food was absolutely hands down horrible. I still feel like a bloated cow. UGH all of that salt/grease/fried intake is making me just cringe…but it was good. ha.
So this week i’m back on track and getting my body pre-ready for the butt kicking that i know will come with my bro being home. Seriously when we put our minds to something…it happens. AND I AM SO EXCITED. I am not excited about getting my body used ot 6am work outs, but i am excited about the results and some sibling bonding time.
woot woot.
Weight: still between 10-15lbs (stupid eating/bloating)
Strength: FEELING IT. Seriously, i can now do more than three dude pushups! I think i busted out 10 the other night; and girl pushups? I can beast those out.
I love feeling strong.
I think, whatever I do after half training, it's going to have to include strength training! I want to be able to do dude push ups!

I'm impressed with your push-up ability! I'm not so stellar with those, haha!
